you will receive a 100% refund and we will pay for costs associated with shipping the product back to our facilities so long as the product remains unopened in its original packaging.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase, except during the Christmas Season, as indicated below.
During the Christmas season, if you order in November for early Christmas shopping, we allow you 60 days to return or exchange an item. This allows you time to shop early for Christmas and still have ample time to return or exchange your item during the allotted time.
If you wish to return a product purchased during a free shipping promotional special the normal shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for that product along with the 15% restocking fee.
7. Special Provisions for Jewelry and Clothing
--The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code (Call for return authorization) must accompany the returned item.
--The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
--Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
--Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
--Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
--Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
--Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
--If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
